wonderful hand painted piece of American Folk Art. This
fantastic miniature document box is wonderfully hand painted green with red and
yellow. It is graced with a cute little red wood handle. It is
vintage, could be antique, but I believe that there have been
modifications. An insert has been added and the latch has been modified,
wire holds it to the inside, but it closes well. This hand painted
vintage/antique toleware/tinware box is so adorable and is a great Folk Art
decoration that could be used as a recipe file, small purse, lunch box or to
hide important papers.

Good condition,
the latch has been modified, wire holds it on. It has it's share of dents
and some rust on the bottom, I think that this just gives this vintage piece
