| For your consideration is a rare set of Antique Jean Pouyat Limoges salad/dessert plates. They were produced in Limoges, France ca.1890. They are decorated with an exquisite display of wild flowers (which were popular at that time period) of which each is meticulously outlined in gilt and the porcelain plate is also accented with brushed gilt edges. They are in very good antique condition: some chips to the bottom foot rims, one chip to the edge of one plate (see photos) and a little gilt loss to all. If you want to impress your guests, these plates would do the trick, they would be fantastic for serving appetizers.
