beautiful vintage Limoges fine china (porcelain) plate titled
"Drifting". It is of a family enjoying a relaxing day on the river and is
decorated in russet, pink, green, blue & burgundy with a scalloped gilt rim.
This vintage plate was produced in Limoges, France by the Lazeyras, Rosenfeld
& Lehman Factory, ca. 1920. This factory was known for there
exceptional portrait and figural works of art on porcelain. It is artist
signed "Bold". It
is marked LRL/Crown/ Limoges France. The form of art used was mixtion,
part transfer, part hand painting; this one has mostly hand painting.
There is one hole drilled in the foot rim for hanging.
Condition:
Very good condition,
no chips or cracks, just some ware to the gilt rim.
