| Limoges Hand Painted Poppies Bowl - Artist Signed |

| This is a lovely hand painted, marked and artist signed large Limoges handled bowl. It is in very good condition, no chips or cracks. The only flaws are a few surface scratches and a paint skip that looks like it must have happened when the artist painted this beautiful work of art. But neither of these detracts from its beauty. It is made up of graceful orange-red poppies with black centers and green foliage with a wonderfully thick gold trim around the piece. On each side of the bowl, on the outside underneath the handles, is a grouping of Poppies. It is artist signed "Duran". There are two marks on the underside: Limoges/Coronet/France (Borgfeldt) and Limoges/Star/France (Coiffe), these marks indicate that the piece is c. 1906. The approximate dimensions are: 10" L, 8 3/4" W, 2 1/4" H. This is a beautiful vintage (very close to being antique) French hand painted handled bowl that looks very impressive on display, you won't be disappointed!!
