| This is a great antique monkey wrench. It is marked: P.S. & W. Co., Cleveland, O., U.S.A. I believe it to be c. 1880-1900 because of the patina, design and the fact that I have a similar wrench that is marked patd. 1880. This one is in good condition, the wood is intact; no cracks or chips and the mechanism works fine. The only flaw is that there are some dings and scratches (see photos), which I would think would be normal on a tool of this age. This item would be great to display and use. |
