| Clairefontaine Maple Leaf Majolica Dish |

| This is a lovely French Maple leaf dish with a twig handle. The mark on this green Majolica dish indicates that it was produced at the Clairefontaine factory in France, which is as highly regarded as Minton is in England and it is c. 1878. It is in very good condition. Just some crazing which is usual on old pieces of glazed ceramic and two small imperfections on the bottom edge, which is not noticeable from above(see picture of the bottom of the dish). |
