This is a very eye catching large ceramic figurine of a white Persian cat in the sitting position. It would make a great door stop or accent on a stool, chair or shelf; she always receives a double take and a compliment when people spot her. The Persian has beautiful green eyes, with pink on her nose, ears and tongue. She is vintage, marked Alice 78 (for 1978) on the bottom rim. She is quite large; she measures 14" H by 11" W. Thank goodness she is hollow or you would not be able to lift this impressive piece. She is in good vintage condition (30 years old): she has a chip to her left ear, some crazing and a couple of minute nicks to the ceramic, but all you notice is her piercing green eyes.
