| Description: You are viewing a very elegant vintage Art Deco lustre ware glass lamp shade. The lustre ware glass is very delicate and it is decorated with wonderful bronze colored enameled leaves and vines. This item appears to be c. early 1900's. It has a brass screw fixture at the base. The threading is on the outside, glass is on the inside. This vintage beauty could also be used displayed on a table or shelf with a silk arrangement in it. I have two others available, priced separately.
Dimensions: Approximately: 7 " H, 3 3/4 " W (opening at the top) 2" W (screw fixture on the bottom)
Condition: Very Good for it's age, no chips or cracks, but it does have some of the enameled leaf parts missing, some residue (similar to hairspray) on the glass and some ovals in the design.
This is an elegant Art Deco collectible that is beautiful and useful. |
