| This is a group photo of similar colored hand painted Limoges pieces; the set of five gilded swirl butter pats are on the right side of this picture. The price mentioned below is for this set of five butter pats only. These are quite impressive looking butter pats; they have white centers with a dark orange colored outer portion surrounded by a beautiful gilded scalloped edge with wisps of gilding spilling in towards the center. They are quite a work of art that would impress any guests. They are in very good condition, no chips or cracks, just a small amount of gold wear. The other items in this picture are listed separately, and all but one (the Lilies plate has sold) is available for purchase. They look fantastic in a grouping and would be very impressive in a display cabinet. I will have close-ups of this item and the mark soon. |
