Vintage Pyrography Flemish Art? Gentleman’s Valet Brush

This is a lovely vintage Pyrography Gentleman’s Valet Brush. Pyrography was the art of burning pictures on to wood products. This particular one is of leaves and flowers on a vine that twists around the brush. The wood looks like oak and the bristles appear to be boar or horse bristles. The wood and bristles are in very good condition. There are just a few flaws on the front: 3/4 “ in diameter scrape on the right of the brush, 2 smaller scrapes on the left (see photo). Whatever the material between the wood and the bristles, it could be rubber, some is missing along the edges and there are some small cracks running between the bristles. I do not know the exact age of this brush, but Pyrography was popular until about 1910. This brush has a mark on the side, but I can’t read it. I have seen a lot of Pyrography around, but this is the first Gentleman’s Valet Brush that I have run across.
